We made our humble beginnings by taking up the construction works of non-core activities like small buildings and associated works with the governmental agencies as well as private agencies. In parallel to this we also embarked our presence into Railways sector projects. Our commitment to the work, the quality and timely completion of our assignments has been recognized by the government of AP and placed us in the elite group of approved civil contractors for major building works also. This was the time when we ventured swiftly into more challenging railways infrastructure projects.
We ceased the opportunity encouraged by the recognition and were awarded with very prestigious projects, like constructing Hyderabad Public School Building Complex in Kadapa, AP. This was a very challenging project awarded to us on EPC basis involving structural design, architectural design, landscaping and other major services like internal electrification, water supply and sanitation. The complex involved not only school buildings but also other ancillary services like student hostel, library, staff quarters etc. We had taken up this work with utmost sincerity and shown excellent progress.
We introduced several innovative concepts and green building practices in this project which received great accolades from the higher circles of the government. As a mark of appreciation we had been awarded with another prestigious project of construction of dental college of Rajiv Medical Sciences, again on EPC basis and involving all services mentioned above. Even this project we had taken up as a challenge and completed it in all respects, much to the satisfaction of the client.
Based on the experience for constructing these buildings we have been awarded with several prestigious projects like Construction of Housing Scheme under G+ 3 pattern in Vijayawada & Construction of 1824 Flats with a pattern of 57 blocks along with the provisions of basic infrastructure facility in the colony at Nellore town which we have completed successfully.
Establishing ourselves in the infrastructure sector, we ventured into other infrastructural projects like long bridges, and flyovers. To name a few we executed fly over projects of Constructing ROB at Alamanda, Vizianagram-Kothavalasa Road & Construction of ROB at Gannavaram, Construction of ROB at Kakinada Town and bridge projects of Earth Work in Formation of Major and Minor Bridges at Vindyachal, Construction of Major Bridges, Minor Bridges at Patapatnam & Execution of Earth Work and construction of Major and minor Bridges at Rengali Station, Sambalpur, Construction of Bridges, Concrete aprons etc in connection with MGR.
We have completed projects with the clients named Hindalco Industries Ltd. (development of railway infrastructure facilities) and NTPC, Vindyachal, MP (earthwork, major & minor bridges, track-work including ancillary, railway siding and MGR system work), RITES Ltd., Lucknow, UP (Earthwork in formation, Construction of Brides, P.Way works), Container Corporation of India Ltd., Dadri, UP (Construction of Ballast less Track) East Coast Railways, Patapatnam, AP & Sambalpur, Odisha (Construction of Major Bridges). All these works are composite in nature involving huge quantities of earthwork, bridges, procurement & installation of modern railway track.
At most of these locations the construction had to be taken up in thickly populated built up urban areas with space constraints. During execution of these projects, we had tactfully coordinated with several agencies for shifting of utilities like power lines, cables and pipelines.
As our company grew in stature, so did our reach and scope for new projects where we ventured into the most challenging railways sector. Our Current Status:
So far we have already completed more than 50 numbers of Major & Minor Bridges to the best quality standards and completed within the specified time frame.
There are more than 50 civil engineers on the rolls of our company, all of whom have dedicated their proficiency to offer the best in what we do. We understand our core strength is our manpower. We have around more than 250 employees working in various departments like Engineering, Quality, Safety, Procurement, Accounts, HR & Administration across all the sites.
The company is able to achieve the Turnover of Rs.453 Crores in Fy.2015-16 which is about 89% more than the turnover of the previous year and also declared dividend @ 18% for the second year in the row.
Our Future Ambition:
With the strong base of our rich experience & expertise and our financial stability we have chalked out a very ambitious but achievable ambition for the growth of the company. Besides expanding our operations in the field of railway infrastructure, long bridges and complex buildings, we have a strategy to venture into more challenging areas like core railway projects like DFCC, High speed Railway, Metros and Highways. We want to make strategic associations with global giants for handling such huge projects, similarly our eyes are set on tackling mega projects in the other spheres of infrastructure like Air Ports, Sea Ports, World Class Station Buildings, Power Sector, Signalling and Telecommunication systems even at International level. We have a well defined plan and for achieving this we are consistently working our way to reach the pinnacle of the ever expanding Infrastructure sector.
