The journey of Tracks & Towers Infratech (P) Ltd. traces back to 1983 when it was known as Lakshmi Agencies. Under the visionary leadership of Mr. Ravi Kumar Appasani, the company has evolved dynamically surpassing its modest beginnings. The Company presently stands as a formidable force in the realm of civil engineering and Infrastructures sector.

Over a span of nearly four decades, our growth has been exponential, aligning seamlessly with the evolving needs of our diverse clientele and significant infrastructure projects sanctioned by the Indian government. As a testament to our prowess, we take pride in being associated with esteemed clients such as Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, NTPC Limited, Vedanta Ltd., Indian Railways and its various other subsidiaries RVNL, IRCON, RITES etc.,and Andhra Pradesh Housing Board, along with the Vijayawada Municipal Corporation , R&B Dept, Govt. of Telangana and also National Highways Authorities of India.

Initially our inception involved undertaking construction works for non-core activities, including small buildings and associated projects with both governmental and private agencies. Concurrently, we delved into the challenging realm of railway sector projects. The government of Andhra Pradesh recognized our commitment to quality work and timely completion, positioning us among the elite group of approved civil contractors for major building projects. This marked the juncture when we earnestly ventured into more complex railway infrastructure projects and other state government sector.

Encouraged by this acknowledgment, we successfully secured prestigious projects such as the Hyderabad Public School Building Complex in Kadapa, AP, Construction of Integrated Collectorate Building at Warangal (U) & Janagaon, Dental-Medical College at Sanga Reddy . These Projects were awarded on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis, encompassing structural and architectural design, landscaping, and various services like internal electrification, water supply, and sanitation. Our dedicated efforts and outstanding progress on these challenging assignments further solidified our standing in the industry. Resultantly, we have been awarded similar projects, further fortifying our order book.

Projects such as the development of railway infrastructure, facilities for Hindalco Industries Ltd., construction work for NTPC in Vindyachal, MP, and various other significant endeavours with clients like RVNL, IRCON, RITES Ltd., Vedanta Ltd., Container Corporation of India Ltd., and various zones of Indian Railways, showcase the breadth of our capabilities. These projects, characterized by their composite nature involving extensive earthwork, bridges, and modern railway track installation, electrification etc., were executed in densely populated urban areas, presenting unique challenges that we adeptly navigated with the support of our skilled workforce and advanced technology.

As our company continued to ascend in stature, so did our reach and the scope for undertaking new and challenging railway sector projects. By strategic coordination with various agencies for utilities' relocation in densely populated urban areas and also developing strong expertise in managing projects in remote socially-challenging locations, we have consistently demonstrated our ability to overcome obstacles and deliver exceptional results.

Our Current Status:

• So far we have successfully completed more than 50 numbers of Major, more than 500 Minor Bridges, vast volume of track linking works, doubling works, OHE works, Railway Electrification Works, Construction of Buildings etc., to the best quality standards and successfully completed within the specified time frame to the utmost satisfaction of the ordering authorities.
• There are more than fifty civil engineers, junior engineers, Designers, Surveyors, Lab technicians assisting the competent Project Heads, on the rolls of our company, all of whom have dedicated their proficiency to offer the best in what we do. We understand our core strength is our manpower. We have more than 300 employees working in various departments like Engineering, Quality, Safety, Procurement, Accounts, Human Resources & Administration across all the sites.
• The company was able to achieve the turnover of Rs.751.15 Crores in FY 2022-23 and a turnover of more than Rs.900 Crores in the following financial year. We intend to keep up with the increasing trend in the coming years.

Our Future Ambitions:

• With the strong base of our rich experience & expertise and our financial stability we have chalked out a very ambitious but achievable target for the growth of the company. Besides expanding our operations in the field of railway infrastructure, long bridges and complex buildings, we have ventured into more challenging areas like core railway projects like DFCC, High speed Railway, Metros and National Highways successfully and would like to go a step further in the sectors.
• The company also has taken strong steps to venture into the Nation’s latest master plan - The Gati Shakti mission aiming to create world-class infrastructure in the country and foster logistical synergy across various modes of movement, through participating in the tender openings of Modernisation/upgradation/redevelopment of Railway stations across the country.
• We want to make strategic associations with global giants for handling huge projects, similarly our eyes are set on tackling mega projects in the other spheres of infrastructure like Air Ports, Sea Ports, World Class Station Buildings, Power Sector, Signalling and Telecommunication systems even at an international level. We have a well-defined plan and for achieving this target. We are consistently working our way to reach the pinnacle of the ever-expanding Infrastructure sector.
